By accessing and using our website to book or inquire about Tremardek, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using our website and services.
1. General Terms
1.1. Agreement: By making a booking or using this website, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, which governs your use of this website and our services.
1.2. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to book a chalet rental through our website.
1.3. Account Information: When creating an account or making a booking, you must provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account information secure.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1. Booking Process: To reserve Tremardek, you must complete the booking form on our website, selecting the desired dates and guest numbers. A reservation is only confirmed once payment has been processed and a confirmation email has been sent.
2.2. Payment Terms: Payments for chalet rentals must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept payment via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer, and reserve the right to change accepted payment methods at any time.
2.3. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of £75 may be required at the time of booking or upon check-in. The deposit will be returned within 7-10 business days after your departure, minus any damages or excess cleaning costs.
2.4. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in accordance with the following terms:
- Full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before the check-in date.
- 50% refund if cancelled between 15-30 days prior to check-in.
- No refund if cancelled less than 15 days before check-in.
- Any cancellation made after the check-in date will result in forfeiture of the full booking amount.
2.5. Changes to Bookings: Changes to booking dates or chalet choice are subject to availability and may incur an additional £50 administrative fee.
3. Guest Responsibilities
3.1. Conduct: You and your guests agree to conduct yourselves in a manner that is respectful to the property, the surrounding environment, and other guests or neighbors. Any disruptive behavior, excessive noise, or disturbance of the peace may result in eviction.
3.2. Damage and Loss: You are responsible for any damage or loss to the property during your stay. Any damage should be reported to us immediately. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your security deposit or additional charges.
3.3. Max Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for Tremardek Chalet is 8 guests. Exceeding this limit may result in eviction without a refund.
3.4. Smoking and Pets: Tremardek Chalet is a non-smoking property. Pets are allowed. An additional cleaning fee applies.
3.5. Illegal Activities: Any illegal activities, including but not limited to drug use, underage drinking, or disruptive behaviour, are prohibited on the premises and may result in immediate eviction.
4. Chalet Use and Maintenance
4.1. Chalet Conditions: You are expected to leave the chalet in good condition, with all furniture and equipment returned to its original place. A £100 cleaning fee may apply if the chalet is left in an unreasonable state.
4.2. Maintenance and Repairs: While we strive to maintain the chalet in excellent condition, there may be occasional maintenance issues. In the event of urgent repairs, we will make every effort to minimize disruption, but we cannot guarantee that all issues will be resolved immediately.
4.3. Force Majeure: We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from events outside of our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
5. Liability and Insurance
5.1. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tremardek Chalet is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to you, your guests, or your property during your stay.
5.2. Travel Insurance: We highly recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.
6. Privacy Policy

7. Modifications to Terms
7.1. Right to Modify: We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly.
